Software That Actually Works For You

Most small businesses outgrow their software every few years. We're building something different— software that grows with you instead of holding you back.

Why We Built This

I spent 10 years helping small businesses with their software. Same story, every time.

You find a tool. Spend months setting it up. Get your team trained. It works great for a while. Then your business grows, your needs change, and suddenly you're looking for something new. The cycle repeats every 2-3 years.

Meanwhile, you're juggling multiple subscriptions, working around limitations, and forcing your processes to fit the software instead of the other way around.

I believe software should feel alive. It should grow as you grow.

That's why I built Wintansi for my in-laws' business. What started as a simple receipt app has evolved into something that adapts to what they need—not what some product roadmap says they should have.

Now I'm opening it up to other small business owners who are tired of outgrowing their tools.

What I Believe

These aren't corporate values. They're lessons from 10 years of solving real problems.

Software Should Be Frictionless

It should get you from point A to point B, then go to sleep until you need it again. If it's getting in your way, something's wrong.

Your Process, Not Theirs

You shouldn't have to bend your business to fit someone else's product roadmap. The tool should adapt to how you work.

Simple On The Surface

Complex is easy to build. Simple is hard. I do the hard work of making things straightforward so you don't have to fight with your tools.

Built To Evolve

Your business isn't static. Neither should your software be. When you need something new, we build it—not tell you to wait for the next roadmap review.

Technology Should Help Humans Be Better Humans

I've watched too many business owners struggle with tools that make their work harder instead of easier. Tools that force you to work around them instead of helping you move forward.

Software should be a force multiplier. It should help you focus on what matters— serving your customers, growing your team, building something you're proud of. Not wrestling with another subscription that doesn't quite fit.
